NAIOP Upstate Chapter in conjunction with NAIOP Downstate Chapter and NAIOP National invite you to a webinar with Kevin Lanahan, the Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Communications with the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO). NYISO is a not-for-profit corporation responsible for operating the bulk electricity grid, administering the competitive wholesale electricity markets, conducting comprehensive long-term planning, and advancing the technological infrastructure of the electric system serving the Empire State.

Kevin will be providing the latest update from NYISO’s Power Trends 2026 Report regarding the issues and challenges shaping the grid of the future based on the latest facts and data, information, and figures. The report urges an “all-of-the-above” investment approach to developing new generation resources, guided and supported by the power of competitive electric markets.
